Send-Off Official Visit

of the Worthy Grand Matron,

accompanied by the Worthy Grand Patron

on Saturday, September 17, 2016,

to be held at the 

Pine Elementary School Gymnasium

in Pine, Arizona

(directions at the bottom of this notice)



8 a.m. - Coffee, donuts and cereal bars will be offered.

There will be time for registration, packet, directory and calendar pickups, and purchase of 50/50 raffle tickets

and other fund raising projects of the Worthy Grand Patron.


11:45 a.m. -  Luncheon, catered by the Pine Deli, will be served in the school  cafeteria, adjacent to the gym.

The menu will be submarine sandwiches (ham, roast beef or turkey), macaroni salad, cole slaw, 

chips, drink and cookies for a cost of $10.00.

Directions to the Pine Elementary School: Coming from either the north or the south

on Highway 87 through Pine, watch for the blue LIBRARY sign and turn onto

Randall Drive. There will be a sign indicating OES in large letters at this turnoff point.

Go one short block and there will be additional signage as to where to park.

The gymnasium and cafeteria adjoin, so there will be a minimum of walking from one facility to another.
